The old Hospital Has been removed!
9543 Broadview Road
Entrance to your City Hall

What to do with the tower?
Save it or demolish it? Can it be saved?
Millions of dollars to build, costly to refurbish And possibly just as costly to remove…
Is the city working against it’s self? What planning went into the removal of the hospital? Why was there not a comprehensive plan for the tower? How long will we have to look at the plywood? How much has the city spent and how much will it spend? What can we expect? The tower serves as the primary elevator shafts. Can we afford to lose it? Why has the demolition contractor left the site without finishing the job?
The answer for all of the above is as vague and unknown as the solutions to the city’s funding of the 16 storm water issues currently facing the city.
Welcome to the Broadview Heights Police Department

When it rains it pours! Ever so true at your Police Department!
When we call, our men in blue are there to protect and serve. Day or night, rain or shine, snow or sleet the Police are our first responders to emergencies. The city’s Police budget annually is 3.3 million dollars. Millions are spent on equipment and facilities, man-power and vehicles and yet when it rains water pours through the roof into buckets and pails, so many in fact you’ll need all your fingers and toes and then some to total up the “catch basins” needed to protect the people and equipment inside. And then there’s storm water drainage that often flows into the Police Department from the driveway and parking lot. And note; this is not 1 of the 16 storm water projects listed on the city’s project list.
Priority planning… Fix the roof on the Police Department or buy a Golf Simulator? Which would you choose?

Have you visited the Broadview Heights Historical Society?
A picture perfect site, beautiful architecture, perfect to house a historical society. Only one problem, no funding, no money.
Not even the funds for a needed coat of paint. Look closer. How much will this lack of maintenance cost us in the end?
