Midwest Marathon operated as a Chartered “C” Corporation in Ohio for 17 years; Responsible and accountable to The State of Ohio for Corporate Franchise Taxation, Workers Compensation, Workers Unemployment, Workers Benefits, Matching FICA Taxation as well as collection and payment monthly of Ohio Sales Taxes.
